Every order is processed individually. The processing time of an order usually takes up to 5 business days, depending on the product. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

Shipment will only occur after the order is processed in the warehouse.

Products in back-order can take up to 8 weeks to be made available again, due to sourcing of materials.

For any orders placed after 12pm, this will be processed on the next working day.

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. It will normally take 2-3 business days (in the UK); up to 5 business days (EU); up to 10 business days (Middle East, US and Canada).

We offer Free shipping if you meet the following thresholds: 
– UK: orders over £50.
– Rest of the world: orders over £75.

*Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Prices shown are inclusive of UK taxes but do not include other taxes which may be applied in your jurisdiction.

We may need to check your contact details with your bank before shipping. In this case, we will do everything that we can to ensure a timely delivery of your parcel.

For delivery in countries/regions outside of the UK, we do our best to facilitate customs clearance. However, delivery times may be delayed beyond our will by border control.

Orders posted to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import charges. Ghanima accepts no responsibility for these. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide necessary documentation and charges as well as liaising with customs in order to ensure accurate delivery.

*NB – We ask that you allow up to 20 working days as on occasion delays can occur. 

Return your online order to our Distribution Centre within 28 days of purchasing your order for a full refund. Sale products can be returned within 14 days.

Please note returned goods must be in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged packaging.
